iDCP Systems' Story

Our journey began in 2017, when our founder - an experienced IT consultant - identified a recurring problem among his clients in the retail and distribution sectors: disconnected systems, manual processes, and rising costs caused by inefficiency.

At the time, many businesses were struggling to adapt to rapid change. Existing ERP solutions on the market were often too rigid, overly complex, or not designed for the realities of new multi-channel operations.

Determined to address these gaps, iDCP Systems Sdn. Bhd. was established with a clear vision: to empower Malaysian retailers and distributors by reducing inefficiencies and managing rising costs through innovative, integrated ERP and modern business management solutions.

Built on Microsoft’s advanced technology platform, iDCP’s ERP solutions are designed to be scalable, secure, and reliable.

This foundation ensures that businesses can access robust management systems anytime, anywhere- supporting digital transformation and operational excellence across Malaysia’s retail and distribution landscape.

The Breakthrough

Working alongside two dedicated software engineers, our founder spent 18 months developing an ERP system tailored to real business needs, with a focus on flexibility, usability, and the ability to seamlessly unify operations across wholesale, consignment, retail, and eCommerce.

When the system officially launched in 2022, it quickly gained momentum. Businesses responded positively to a solution that didn’t just look good on paper, it worked in the real world.

Inventory became accurate and visible across all locations
Reporting became real-time, instant, and reliable.
The overall view of the business became clearer, enabling better productivity and control

This platform's scalability was soon proven when it became the backbone for RCB offices in seven countries, powering their global distribution and retail operations. From a three-person team, we've grown into a 22-member workforce- all dedicated to making businesses more agile, efficient, and confident in every decision they make.
